Anne Barrett's First Birthday

A little late as usual, I write to share about our sweet little Anne Barrett's first birthday.  It was a wonderful occasion with grandparents, Aunt Katie, cousin Lila, and big sister Ellie in attendance.  She had a lovely fall-themed cake, which quickly was smeared all over her body.  Somehow red was the predominant color of icing that was spread from head to toe.  After we bathed her, the bath water was pink!  She loved the cake, as you will see.  It was such a fun time with our little girl.  She is growing up so fast...now she is walking, and her favorite word is "uh-oh."  Precious.  Here is a little slideshow...
